one real good thing tho;  the Tn. wildlife dept is conducting tests on caught fish. I was the 2nd one checked of all my kept fish.  he measured each  fish;; weighted them;; then clipped a piece off the gill area ; for study. I had just over 2 dozen blue gills;; 2 redears. .  according to his measures;; all my keepers were over 8 inches long..  all of the other fishermen ; were after bass;; catch and release..  maybe something good will come from the study.
