Again, thanks.
I've been jumping in at jigcraft lately showing a few of my own secrets.
I've not discovered the magic to untipped jigs, yet. I somethings forget to bring the worms (old age?), and I'd like a jig that is a sure-fire killer. So far, I haven't found the magic.

No worries David - even have a tutorial on Jigcraft. There are other properties of the jig that aren't discussed like phosphorescence (glow in the dark eyes) and iridescence in the finish.... Can't give up all the secrets - too many bootleggers out here - then they start selling them.

I use marabou fluffs or duck flank feathers for the tail along with fluorescent red 3/0 thread & crystal flash. You want to use roller swivels - ball bearing would be better but the cost goes way up.

I'm with you Jim. I tried a belly spin jig last week and it came out fine.
The fish thought little of it, however. :(

Hmmm...crystal flash and rubber combo is my guess on the tail.

What's the tail?
