Yes Jim it is! I first discovered it when my bro Greg lent it to bro Bill and he caught a 17" Brown Trout in the Delaware River using it.Its been called the "Billy Lure" ever since.Greg and I consistently nail Trout on my home lake using the bigger version of this Rebel WeeR,particularly in the Spring.It out fishes the fatter cranks by far at at that time. I've caught Big Perch on it too.The teeny Wee R pictured here is a great Crank for any panfish.
