DE has a limit? Here in SC there is no limit whatsoever. In 2006, official recognition of the species was lifted. They are not game fish, they are not non-game fish... its very weird.
But they are plentiful if you know how to find them, they taste good and you can catch as many as you want. Like I said, weird!

im gonna say close to 10", I don't like to keep em any smaller, but the legal size in DE is 8". And I only got the two I was really hopin for more keepers but landed a bunch of shorts. As always had a good time lettin the rod bend
