LOL, well he sure picked the wrong spot to Lick :)
Thats a foam Blockhead popper heads about 5/8 across tied on a #4 or 6 hook. I call them Tweener bugs because their not a full size Bass Bug or a small Bream popper, they catch both and are quick and easy to tie.
