Well my pond is fertilized, and they are commercial fed, which I hear both does not need to be done, but before I had the auto feeder if I missed any of the feedings, no biggie. I was fertilizing it every few weeks. With the feeder now on deck, I dont think im gonna fertilize it anymore.

What color is your water and how deep can you see into it?

 

I did not stock the coppernose but I had . Those get bigger

mine were 1-3 inches when stocked and I just caught one yesterday that was just a hair over 6 inches so yours are growing like crazy.

Mine were the Hybrids as well so they should grow faster for the first year or two.

 

Are the ones you stocked coppernose?

 

Where did you get them from?
