2015-06-02-WIXOM LAKE *PERSONAL BEST - CARP*
20150602- Wixom Lake…. So to take advantage of the seasons of fishing is to be opportunistic in the sport… if you see carp in large numbers… fish for them. So thats what i did. 9-0 ft Okuma ML steelhead bobber rod with 20# braid and circle hook with split shot 24” above. Baited the area with corn loaded about 5 kernels on the hook and let it sit. Didn’t take long probably about 20 mins I hooked and landed my *Personal Best* Common Carp. 6 min battle.
