That is unreal that it's a public lake - just astounding. I wonder if it has grass shrimp in it?

public waters, that have walleye and pike as main predators, lot of vegetation for gills to hide and grow. the lengths on the 1.15 and 2.0 were right at the 12 inch mark, very thick and healthy

Unreal! Would love to know details about this lake, such as what comprises the food chain, what sort of predators are present, etc. You obviously have a very, very special body of water there, and we are all dying to know what makes it tick!
