I had a great June outing one year with my nephew using marabou jigs.Once we got the gills worked up with worm tipped jigs they continued to hit plain jigs.I cleaned ten 8" fish for the pan but we relased about twice that many.They all came under a floating dock over a sandy area.Cant wait to find this pattern again.

Those jigs are 1/32 and 1/16 oz the mold i have is 1/16 and 1/32 so i havent gone smaller and i just started using the maribou so i might actually have to much

Nice jigs Bryce... very similar to the ones I tie... slight differences but not much. It looks like you leave you Maribou much longer than I do... about 1/4 '' or so. Probably 'Breathes' more huh ?
