Hi all, I sent Vince an e-mail reply and hope he shares it with all of you. I've been a bream catcher all my life, as best I can remember with some trips into the LMB world (Love jig and pig) as well as some slab crappie for a few years( love double jigs and catching two 17 inch on 4# ultralight!!!!)

Anyway back to bream, several years ago I went to Lake Fork(TX priemer bass lake) to catch bream and boy did I. I along with my youngest son went ready with Crickets, Beetle spins, and a few worms. 174 fish later went went home exhausted. 348 bream belly flaps and filets later we did eat well!! ALL off one row of beds on a point area!!

Needless to say I did not make that mistake again, 50 is plenty, I hope you agree.

I have a lot of good memories and great memories with my two boys I will never forget. Now with grandchildren and the church kids I feel more is yet to come.

I want all of you to know I am always open to any suggestions because, as I am sure you have done, the more you read the more you know, but the more unsure one can get, until the school of hard knocks comes along. Then after the fact reality sets in and what one should have done.

Some of the stuff I read is just too far over my head to really comprehend. So if you have a real, DO NOT DO THIS on your list I would love to hear it.

Thanks for time to welcome me and I hope we all meet someday here or in the big pond in the sky.

Welcome aboard Mike. I put this group together in hopes of understanding our electronics better. Our units today are so high tech. They are so under utilized because we don't exactly don't what they can do . Hoping we can learn and get the best performance out of our units. Number 1 is getting comfortable with the unit that means time on the water with it. WELCOME MIKE.....
