Do you love big bluegill?

I would be really interested in doing a fly swap. I am thinking panfish flies. Would anybody be interested?

Sounds great to me. I am a newbe tyer, but it sounds like a lot of fun.

These sound like great ideas. If you officially want to be a part of it pm me and I will keep a list. Once I get everyone who wants to participate I can finalize a date and let everyone know. I will stop at 10 people though. I would love to get some crappie flies if anyone ties a good one. I can do wooly buggers, poppers, or other buggy looking patterns

Bryce, I sent you my contact info in a PM, but you need to add me as a friend for it to go through.

Will everyone who wants to participate claim a fly they wanna tie? I am going to go ahead and call dibs on gurglers. Lets try to get a good variety here. Thanks guys.

ill do a bluegill skunk

I'll do the "Orange Nymphs" that I do, kind of looks like a classic Pheasant Tail nymph.

Ok, question time.

You're limiting this to 10 participants.  Each tier sends in 9 flies, since they won't get one of their own flies back, correct?

I've already started tying (any excuse to tie some bugs, LOL).  I was thinking I'd need 12 flies, then some of the previous posts "clicked".

Yes each tier sends 9
Anybody have specific colors of gurglers they want?
I hope I'm in this...where do I send these flies?

Dick Kahle  Put me down for tying a "Bully's Bluegill Spider".  Do I send in 9 fly's in a single box or do I send 9 individual flies to 9 seperate addresses?

We usually include one tye for the web site for hosting the fly & jig swaps on JC. The site can use the extras to help pay bills or donate them for drawings, etc. We also include extra tyes or materials for the person who is hosting the swap.

We established a gallery so everyone can see the swap tyes.

There is a sign up list for tyers that want to host a swap. Lots of fun. Good luck.
