Made it out to the lake yesterday, 5-11-11. Slow day fishing but managed to pick up some nice CN and RE. The fish were caught about 7-10 feet under a float with nightcrawlers and little pieces of cut shad.

Michael, those are some nice fish. The Red-Ear is my "second" favorite fish right behind the Copper-Head.
The Red-Ear are a little tougher to catch with a fly rod.......they tend to stay a little deeper..........Don in SC
