What is the best glue for gluing small plastic tubes to spoon hooks.

I am going to try spooning for gills this, ala Musky Mod.  What is a good glue to glue the plastics in place on the #8 hooks.  I know people use superglue, but for me, the tube of superglue always seems to dry out before I use much of it.  I wonder if there is a better alternative.

Superglue.
go to the Dollar Store and buy the little cheap tubes.
If you don't use em up, no biggie.

Then go fishing more, so you DO use em up first. Lol
