Wed probably be fishing more and not fooling with cameras, cellphones, GPS, iPads, computers and the internet.

But these things enrich our experience and are worth it, IMHO.

We have a lot of good memories from all of our years fishing together in the Abney family but a digital camera would have truly been priceless back in the day.......I just retired one that had taken over 20,000 fishing pictures in three years.....I've scanned a few old ones but most don't turn out well enough to share.......I would give anything to have my years in Louisiana and South Carolina in digital photos....

YUP JEFFREY I ECHO YOUR IDEAS COMPLETELY BUDDY.......

DAVID HOW RIGHT YOU ARE AGAIN!!!!!!!!  THE PHOTOS WE TAKE TODAY , hopefully, will be there for our kids and grandkids to look at ......... Many of my old friends are gone now and wish I had taken more pics of em, but a 35 MM camera was the best we had back in the day. Now when I have a special photo or group of photos I head for the local Walgreens at night , open 24/7 and do the instant copies my self for the album's and don't think twice about it cause the photos are that important to me .......

Nostalgia waxes poetic tonight, men.

I, too, wish I had taken far more pictures. Today, with the loss of beloved ones and times gone behind, I wish I had at least those images to hold in my hand... to stir the beating of my heart.

I CONCUR COMPLETELY DAVID .......
