Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

I saw a photo Greg McWilliams took last month of one of the smallest fish you could catch and after fishing yesterday I think I,ve got him beat, I caught a warmouth yesterday that if it had not been for his big mouth I dont think he could have got the hook in his mouth. I prefer to catch them bigger than this but sometimes little ones wont stay off your hook. Look at the photo and tell me if I have Greg beat for the smallest fish trophy. This fish is not as big as my finger and what do you think he was thinking when he attacked  that cricket? I bet it was something like, " Your a chicken, and I'm a Chicken Hawk."         LOFR

I think you have it Gills down LOFR.....what is he maybe an inch and a half at best......those goggle-eye are relentless as well....they keep hitting until you either catch them or miss em'......They obviously get thrown out by mom at an early age........
