I want to thank those of you that replied to my post about using plastics to catch our favorite fish. You have given me some food for thought and I'm going to try some of the tactics. I was at Wal Mart yesterday and picked up a jar of Gulp worms and a jar of the white maggots. As hot as and sunny as it is here in Ga., I'm going to try some vertical jiggin in deeper water using a hand poured white or chartreuse tube jig with a white gulp maggot. Sounds like ice fishing in soft water! Hey, I've watched some of the great icefishing videos we have here and figured if you folks from the frozen north can catch them jigging why not here in the sunny south. I think the technique will do well during our "colder months" here too. Thanks again, Nick.
