20151201-  ... another lake mapped and charted... Dunham Lake in Roscommon County

first time fishing the lake we found many B'Gill that appeared to be stunted.

Lake map was produced on the Elite 7 HDI and shared on Insight Genesis Social maps

20151201- calendar says walleye from shore this time of year... might give it a try next few days

Go get them Ken .Looking forward to seeing some Walleye pics from you ! Describe your efforts in the Walleye group please. Last year from shore this time of year  it was Pickerel on spoons tipped with trout worms for me .Got one from shore 12/15 that I took home and ate .

December and Preds... they go together! Nice fish John!

20151203- ...------<")))))><(

20151203- experienced a good late morning bite ...

2 fish in an hour with a first cast N.Pike and a medium Walleye using the Panfish Rigged and Pred Ready Methodology

20151203- still pred action at the walk in spot... shore fishing is tough this time of year... fewer fish, colder temps and no panfish. as long as these provide a tug im happy. catching the preds like im panfishing and alot more of them. Panfish Rigged and Pred Ready was the methodology used today. Panfish rigged with tiny baits and thin Super Lines.

20151203-WIXOM LAKE Preds on the tiny rigs

slip stinker;; hoping you catch a big pike or musky buddy !  this might be the time for those big fish; but Ill just watch it on t v ;; LOL

Thanks Carl... haha it's all about mindset and conditioning... dressing warm you don't even think about the cold .

actually I'm thinking about keeping a few small pike for a couple meals. I feel that there is an overabundance of pipe in this lake and they are severely under fished. oh and there are some big ones in here.

I'd focus on that, Slip, as you seem to catch plenty while fishing for other species. They taste great, too!

spent about 45 mins at the hole... 2 bite offs... going back this week end with some bigger equipment

20151204- ...------<")))))><(
