does anyone fish lake pleasant in peoria ,i tried several times and can not find the gills anywhere.

Hey Im from southern Arizona, we should add eachother as friends on here. I just got back from my May trip to Patagonia Lake, and met someone also who is passionate about sunfish. I would be glad to help you find those fish, but 1st need to know what your approach is to assist you up there. I dont fish up there, but I know that its harder then were I fish.

most of the time i fish at saquaro,going there in the morning nornally i do very good ther alot of 8.0+s,but lake pleasant is closer ,and i need to go there more to learn more about the lake,the bass guys say they do great or nothing,nornaly use crawlers ,but have been using rubber waxeys and small pieces of rubber dilleys, i fish from a kayak,(wilderness tarpon 100 ) count me in on that friend list
