Very interesting point David and worth some thought of course!!!!!!!! Ya know when ya think about it there is a huge difference between todays natural looking lures and the old ones from the past. Ya know come to think of it now back in the day when Rapala's first came out I remember remarking to someone how flashy and life like they looked with the gold scale on the sides and white bellies and black stripe on their backs.  I can't remember Yesterday , but I remember the first Rapala I had ever seen. It was at the Ace Hardware store in La Salle Illinois and old Mr. Stein and his son owned it.......Thanks for bringing back the memories David.......

I think you got jig tying down to an art! Those really look good Jordan. I just started trying my hand at multi colored bucktails. Mine do not look as neat as yours, but they have fooled a half blind crappie or two. Orange and yellow tied on a yellow 1/16oz. ball head jig is what I caught them on last week. 

Thanks so much guys all the input is really appreciated, im hoping to get a few more whipped up and posted soon but ive been so busy at work its been a task to get around to doing it
