Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Been a member for a year now and would like to know the difference between  the Blogs entries and the Forum entries ---- looks like they are both discussion type sites about the same thing.   I always check em both when I log in for any new entries / replies.     When I start a new entry / discussion I always been putting it in the Forum group which I hope is correct.  So  my  ?   is ------ What is the Blogs group enteries suppose to consist of ?        THANKS  --- sorry if it's a stupid question

Also on the forum -----What is the difference between in the discussions and featured discussions ?

i would like to know also guys. ive been here just a short while; still learning my way around here.

I can't answer for sure, as there does seem to be some overlap in basic content for each of them. Traditionally, I think, a blog would be a personal story type item or an ongoing endeavor, where as the forum may be more info/question/answer type stuff.

Clear as mud? Anybody else?

In my opinion, a forum thread is usually on a more specific topic a lot of times by someone requesting knowledge or sharing knowledge. Lots of time blogs are where someone is sharing an outing or like previously mentioned, an ongoing discussion where input is welcomed over an extended length of time. But also like previously stated, they always seem to overlap each other.

THANKS --- for clearing that up
