Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Does anyone know a company that makes jigs in the 1/100 - 1/200 range. Looking to add to mt Micro Fishing tackle.

Joe.... ran across a couple of new sites today that may have somethig

    http://jeffsjigs.com/

    http://www.marinegeneral.com/

 Hope this helps.

Would like to find a way to make something like those 'tungsten copepods'. The idea of a transparent jig sounds like a winner!

Thanks, I'll check out the sites

Just read the article in IN-FISHERMAN mag that mentions these zooplankton imitating jigs . 'Clear Connections', by Cory Schmidt  ,pg 14 . In the same issue  there's a  bigger article  called 'Micros for Macro Panfish',also by Cory Schmidt . It mentions palm rods , tungsten Jigs ,through head Jigs and other Micro gear .

Here are some other links Joe : http://akarafishing.com/     http://www.yourbobbersdown.com/        http://www.in-depthoutdoors.com/community/forums/topic/ice_1199057/

John

Thanks, I buy my line and micro plastics from your bobbers down. I'll take a close look at the jigs .

I ordered product from microspoons last year, and never received it. I loved the look of those clear bodies!! Was looking forward to testing the product and reporting back, but I received an email explaining that they are a small manufacturer, and were overwhelmed by demand for their product after the In-Fisherman article broke.

Maybe I'll try em' again.

The magazine John talked about is interesting. It also mentioned another site.....

  http://www.fishusa.com/Jigs

i love ordering from that place... great service.

Thanks

Found the jigs, never seen a 1/200 . Decent price and associated colors .

one of my favorite articles....

heres the complete article...

I'll toss out a plug for  "yourbobbersdown.com.........awesome micro selection, lots of tungsten, and quick shipping.
