Hit up the pond at work today....

I felt the need to try out that Rapala X-Rap XR-4 sized minnowbait in Baby Bass.

I hit the pond at work today.  I got a few bumps on the lure, but it could have been the weeds as well.

I switched over to the tried-and-true lure, a Mepps Aglia size 0 with a chartreuse hook.  Sure enough, I started tagging some male bluegill in spawning colors:

I only got the one photo of the bluegills.  I also caught a Hybrid sunnie, but didn't get a photo of it, either.

I did, however, end up catching these:

I don't normally fish for those green things, but when I start catching them, I really start catching them!
