Big red ear/warmouth flies

Do any of you who fly rod for red ears and war mouths have a go to fly for such occasions? I'm currently in a month long tournament, and those two are on the list of species to catch, and i'm just curious as to what you guys use.

HEY CHRIS,

  WHEN I'm using the long rod for gills and redears I always try Yellow Bead heads first then Purple . Those two colors are my go to's for redears buddy......

do you fish them near the bottom?

Tried the panfish Charlie, and drew a blank. Very easy tie, though. Will keep it going as the season cools

I used chenille and various "fluffy" items for the wing, all in natural tones.
I think its a good pattern, I just haven't hit the magic with it.
I'll try fur & feathers next time.
