Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Hi Yall

Yesterday was so hot that I almost had a heat stroke out on the water, this was with taking precautions of having plenty of water with me to stay hydrated , I guess I stayed too long on the water but was having a ball, the bluegill were jumping in the boat and the Red Ears were hitting my lure 2 at a time, I finally had to give it up or I would have been in trouble because of the heat , thought yall might want to some photos , be careful in the heat.

I hear you on the "heat thing"!......Northern Minnesota is usually pretty nice in regards to the rest of the U.S. when it comes to heat but the last few days were "murder" up here!.......I'd rather have 20-30 below zero then 90 above and 100% humidity!....well...almost!....lol!

Now that's just funny. Every one needs a Bud to fish with. Are you gonna beer batter those fillets?

It must have been hot, they were fightin' over a cold one. You should change the name of this blog to "Pop A Top lure lands doubles". OR, I was really low on crickets and limited out so I started playing with my camera. OR, I'm sold on crickets. This lure is named "cricket". I'm glad one of us had fun in the sun.

Oh yeah, for heat stroke or heat exhaustion, a cold one between the bare thighs and under your shirt in your arm pits will fix you right up.
