Still trying to find that out Art .I know a lot of the lakes aren't getting stocked this year which sucks! Waywayanda ,Shepherds , Green Turtle .The lower Wanaque river isn't gonna be stocked either .Might be real slim pickins this year with a smaller area being crowded with fisherman .

Got skunked on the Ramapo River today .Water is very low.  Saw a dead rainbow about 13 or 14 ". Waded only thigh high .Gotta explore some deeper pools.

Fall Stocking in New Jersey . OCT.5TH Got these two out of the Wanaque River in New Jersey . A 13"Rainbow and a thick 15" Brookie .Both female specimens. Charles- I started with spinners but nothin' ,so I switched to bait and worked a water falling pool  till I found the proper drift and lie .These two musta been side by side !

Fall Stocking in the Ramapo and Wanaque Rivers in NENJ.Trout are lethargic and catching is slow .Got one rainbow ,15"1lb,8oz. Hit a Hildebrandt #1 spinner(flicker) Light take, not a good fight.10/12/12

Got skunked 10/13 at the Ramapo Hope the fishing really picks up during the week .
