A Drift sock has helped me on many a windy day . Particularly good using one in cold water periods or when the fish are neutral or inactive .The sock slows the drift down and you can fish slower .Many times the fish cant resist an easy meal presented slow .They dont have to work as hard. The " Energy expenditure " principle.
Looking forward to learning more about drift fishing. Especially how to do it on a Pontoon.
THIS "DRIFTING" IDEA REALLY APPEALS TO ME, AND I SURE AM LOOKING FWD TO LEARNING A LOT MORE ABOUT HOW YOU FELLAS GO ABOUT THIS. CANT GET OVER HOW INFORMATIVE THIS SITE AND FELLAS ON HERE ARE!! NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME THE IDEAS THAT EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SO WILLING TO SHARE. LOOKING FWD. TO START "LEARNING" GUYS!!
