Work and family have tied me up last couple weeks, and this one coming. Haven't been able to get out, its killing me ! Maybe, MAYBE, I can sneak away sat., for a few hrs. Are the 'Gills on beds here in N.E. Ohio ? steve b

If they are can I come there Mr. Steve? I can fish a cricket on a long pole no weight and flip it like a fly rod! hahaha. Hope you have yourself an awsume weekend. Its lookin like rain and 30mph winds here on the gulf coast but dont think for 1 min I aint gonna go. I gotta transmission I can use for an anchor in the back if it gets to bad! lol.

Two days of near 80 degrees and sunshine has the shallows warmed up here in eastern Iowa ... that means the beds are showing up! About 35 brought to hand tonight at my favorite county park. Some good sized bulls only a few fat females. If our cool nights persist, we may have a nice long spawn season ... it's been an awesome spring so far!
