Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

hey guys went fishing yesterday and had a great time. the water was muddy so it wasnt the best. caught about 20 fish with my nieces. used live crickets but caught the most and biggest fish on the soft plastic lure i make which looks like a cricket. tipped it with worm sometimes and they loved it. in 15 minutes my niece caught 8 bg and shellcrackers and 2 nice bass. just rigged them under a float. will put pics up of the lures. i already put up pics of the fish. caught 3 nine inch bluegills and they were great.

Great stringer Josh. Wish you would have shown us a picture of your fake cricket. Nick
i will post one as soon as possible
Great!Good day for you and the kids! ,did you take a water temp? I just got a Burke/Creme order in of a bunch of artificial /terestrial creatures and had no luck using one ( stone fly nymph ) switched to 32 oz jigs tipped w/meal worms and crawler pieces and got 15 fish the past two days from shore
if used those before and they never worked. so i made these and they are amazing. went fishing yesterday after school and pulled out 20 bluegill and bass out of a neighborhood pond on them. this time i was using them under a float again but with no worming tipping them
Exceelent! Please post your effective creations.
