<p>Afternoon Kelly.....once our water temperatures fall into the forties I size down my jigs to 1/64th or 1/80th and I personally slow my presentation to a crawl often relying on wind drift for my baits......although we have had a mostly mild winter the wind and rain have both stacked up on my recent days off........I will fish these conditions in moderation but we have experienced Small Craft Advisories on 12 of my 14 days off since Christmas Eve.......That's why I have been posting my "Best…</p>
