That is the most amazing fishery I've ever seen!!  I'm trying to find a way to get back the Richmond Mill in the next couple of months.  The hospitality is really something.  Unfortunately I missed the Alan Warren Show.  Maybe I can scam a tape of it from somebody sometime.
