I was fishing a 5 star lake this weekend Green Lake of Green Lake county Wisconsin.  I am posting this because Green Lake has some monster Bluegills, 10 inch bluegills are more common in this lake than any other I have fished, I have witnessed 11+ inchers here as well.

 I fished Friday, saturday, and sunday this weekend and never caught a small fish. I caught my limit each day , 73 were crappie and only 2 bluegills. Sunday I started fishing at 7 am, by 7:30 I had 19 crappie. Then I…

Who is this un-named fisherman?

OK Greg and Leo you got me started with the float tubes. I need any info on fishing float tubes cause I have never used one before I think you gathered that though. I'm a fairly large person no large person with one back surgery under my belt so I would like something comfortable with great back support. Any help would be appreciated back support being the main emphasis.  

Went to my friend's lake Sunday the 29th on a whim.  It was chilly, damp,  breezy, and the water was muddy from all the rain we've had here in Georgia. (Don't guess what would be called ideal conditions).  Was throwing a 0ne inch black curly tail grub from the bank and got hit right away!  An hour later, I ended up with ten nice gills weighing in between 3/4 to 1 pound.  Hope this kind of action remains this way throughout the season.  Nick
