I'd consider this northern strain bluegill to be the equivelant of a 15 pound largemouth bass or a 50 pound muskie. You just don't see fish of this size, literally anywhere, in the nation, let alone in the northern states.
Mr Ardoff...you have done your homework and this is an astounding fish. Congrats!
