Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

The fresh peppers from the garden with fingerling potatoes and onions were good but the Bullhead with Lemon ,Rosemary,Thyme and parsley was a little chewy. It was a 14" Bullhead ,maybe the smaller ones are more tender .Should have fried the fish in batter and oil I guess.

ANYTIME YOUR  LDL IS LOW you have to perfect recipe here it looks like to me!!!! FRY EM UP IN ALOT OF BACON FAT AND GREASE !!!!!!!!! MAN does that description sound good to me and will have to try it sometime soon. What would be a good BULLHEAD FLY PATTERN?

ROFL! Okay..okay..I guess your LDL is way down there. Need more of it. How about toss a stick of breaded butter stick in the fryer too ;-) Man..that will be so good!

Remember, fried is always great. But as we get older, we need to be more conservative. Roast  in an open fire is a great option. Let's get back to nature..if nature is raining..the fry the sucker!
