Thanks Ken, I will be up there this afternoon for a cook out at my sisters place. They have a place on small canal upper east arm. Near pinconing road. Don;t know how much I'll be fishing probably more cooking and partying. Taking a couple rods may goof around in the canal from shore a little. thanks again

i created a map of the lake with my Elite 7 HDI that has weed and bottom composition layers. i actually tagged my two Master Angler P.Seeds using the composition layers along with the weed layer

June... i actually like the East end of the lake for b.gill... its got more soft bottom. tough to find soft bottom areas on the west end of the lake. i fish the west end more because of convenience. my toe vehicle is down and is the only way i can fish the east end is by jon boat. i fish the west end mainly by kayak... when you can find the soft bottom on the west end thats where the fish are concentrated.

You have a consistent bite going. Do you mainly fish the east or west arm if you don't mind telling thanks

thanks Chuck
Had a hard time finding them at first and then visually spotted some small bluegills in a group in a shallow eelgrass weed bed. thru the slip float fly waxie pass the group and slowly reeled it in and started hooking up with the small ones. hopefully the bigger ones were in the background and would bite eventually and they did. I had to weed out through a bunch of small ones but hey that's part of the fun.
