Share 'guthooking?'

how do you guys get the hook out of the ones that suck it down wholeheartedly?I have tried 2's,4's,6's,cricket hooks,tru turns,but none seems to be the answer,when they hit they almost always suck it down beyond the eye of the hook! nothing frustrates me more than having a fish on the line and not being able to unhook it to fight again! any help would be appreciated!
