Craig I'm sorry I just haven't been seems like I think I get a chance something comes up. I will tell you my son swears by it thats all he uses. I think the line will work out fine except for the price. It is very pricey super line costing the most of the 3. I bought 3 different lines to try I wanted to see which one would be the best. I purchased (Power Pro in the moss green, Sufix 832 in Lo-Vis green, and then FireLine in Flame Green). I'm a Fluorocarbon person for quit a while. But I wanted something I can get ride of that dreaded snarl that happens when you make a cast and out come a big wad  of line.  I can't be untangled it literary has to be cut out. Although with certain measures I have cut down the frequency in which it happens but eventually it will happen when you least expect it. I hope this will help you the biggest factor being the price but if you can use the same line all year it may very well be worth it. I'm really hoping to get out here very soon and will at that time give you an update.

Hope everything works out for you but it's always better when you get new stuff. Enjoy and have fun shopping. Sorry I didn't get to the line earlier.

some of the cheaper combos short change you on the number of guides effecting casting, also they have level lines instead of tapered line. weight forward (WF) line is the easiest to learn with.  have you considered a used rig? here was a listing on craigslist.org people buy rigs all the time then never use them  http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/spo/3061220976.html
