Fishing from shore for an hour a day midday has produced a few decent Bass but missed the Strawberry Moon fishing hard from a boat . The opportunity just  wasn't in the cards .Hope yo all did better ! July 27th is next full Moon ,the 'Buck Moon'.

...John i fished yesterday but timed my trip to incorporate the Major.Period from 12:38 to 15:08 and slammed em until the Lull.Period (low points on the graph) and could hardly beg for a bite.

Steve and I did lousy on the Full 'Flower ' June 29th Moon. Thought it was gonna go great when I got a Bass on the 2nd Cast . Yum Wacky rigged worm.The remainder of the day we got skunked .Did we fish the wrong lake ?,Target Wrong Species ? , Perhaps the lack of stable temperature had the fish sluggish .It was in the mid 80'swhen we fished.The day before it was 61 degrees .Perhaps it would have gone better with live bait . We hit shallows ,casted parallel, trolled , dragged bottom .Did about all we could do on this small lake looking for Trout, Bass and Pickerel with our artificial lures .
