Well boys! The waters up to 68degrees last friday and its supposed to be in the upper 70s this weekend. The full moon was last thursday and the crappie are pushing to the tree tops. The azealas are blooming so you know what that means? Were only days away from the bedding season! They have already started here in mobile al. but its hit and miss. Its a full moon again good friday so it should be on here really really soon! Throw your she devils back keep every tiny fish you catch for bait and always take a picture of that 10" or better gill before you release him back to make some more big daddys!

Bruce Ive been slackin! You said you were gonna make it for us and here it is! River fishin at its best. "South of the Mason-Dixon line" You couldnt have put it any better. I feel at home now I know I can talk with some folks that are affected by yalls snow and our tides on the deltas. Thanks Mr. Bruce! I hate to brag but hahah it was in the upper 70s sat and our gills are already startin to spread the mud!

Goodness, I'm gonna have to break out the fishing gear and catch up! Before work and lunch breaks should give me enough time to catch a few.

caught some of these this am,the weather was not good ,air temp55, 15 to 20 mph wind,water temp 54 cloudy,it was 74 yesterday,that wind was rough.

Yes Cobey, I love to fish blackwater rivers, like the Edisto River in South Carolina. Some of the best 'gill fishing found anywhere along that river.
