Looking for info.

Would like some info on kayaks. I told myself never happen because your setting so low. Now I see they have done wonders with the seats so my interest is back somewhat. I would love to check into them as far as comfort which ones I should be looking at and maybe a propulsion system foot or small electric. Again Just looking for now with a couple back surgeries I want to look long and hard. Strictly for fishing.

I've been working on a small dash board on my kayak. Has two tupperware containers to keep things dry and two rod holders.

When its done i will post a picture.  Opener in 6 days.  JR

Know you guys in Missouri are really fighting a tough battle with those floods. You guys are sure catching some bad weather lately. Seems like just yesterday (2 years!) I was in Poplar Bluff during that bad ice storm. Was there 6 weeks trying to get power on.

I've been out a few times, not catching much yet, and now most of our local lakes are 20' higher right now because of heavy rains, I think it might be a few more weeks here in Missouri before the fishing for gills gets better, but I'll continue to fish, the water has to go down eventually.

How is the plastic floatila doing out there? Have not heard much going on so far. I've been busy myself or the weather (wind) has not cooperated. But....going tomorrow!!!

That's got to hurt Howard. Hopefully spring will come soon for you.

Stay away from the snow balls!!!

It is 3 below zero here in Vermont only god knows what the wind chill is spent the day behind the wheel of a snow plow all day and suddenly i thought of sitting in my kayak four and a half foot ultra light rod in hand  waiting for that light tug and life was good again

well i am really torn now between these two kayaks. the the prowler trident 11. and now i can get a good deal on a ws tarpon 120. i will be doing my first kayak class on june 26 here at coffee bluff marinia and a few hours of fishing for that day. the best price in town is at bps for the pt 11 at 849.00 and for the tarpon i can get it for 700.00. as for the fishing mainly ponds and some sounds and a few back water rivers that we have here.
