Bill is right...this is a horizontal, rather than a straight vertical, presentation. I have done quite well in shallow ponds with Bills techniques outlined in his 'spoonchuckers' group. Check 'em out!

You should do fine with those 1/12th-1/16th oz spoons at those depths and shallower .My choices for tipping are mealworms and crawler pieces.I use a lift and drop often with success but the swimming action also works well at times.Fish mood will determine how they want it and what retreive keeps it in the strike zone for the longest period.<br />
Keep a diary of water color and color choices till the success rates improve.<br />
