Boogieman Thanks for the comeback. I will be staying at sunsetking and renting one of their pontoons. I have a 16' Garvey I built with a 25hp 4 stroke and 55# trolling motor for inshore fishing. I havn't seen the lake. I understand lots of flats some flooded trees, grass and pads. With no electronics, I have no idea where the structure is. I'm about an hour away from Defuniak and have King Lake on my list as somewhere to wet a line. Haven't been yet so I can't clue you in. I've heard of some 2lb gills from it though. Here's a link to an RV resort there that I thought of staying at and asking the people there where to fish for the big boys. You might want to give them a holler and see if they can put you on them. http://www.sunsetking.com/
