Copperhead blue gill on a Rapala
Here in SC at a friend's small pond yesterday, had a blast with itsy bitsy minnow and this Rapala. I've tried to post 4 photos and can get only 1 to show up on the preview.
Guess I'll learn how to add more than one photo after awhile!

I see two hooks in it's eye socket. Was it's eye damaged in any way?
Gotta love those XR-6's. I've got three, in Silver, Blue/White, and Clown. I've even got an XR-4 in what Rapala calls Olive Muddle, what most folks would call Baby Bass. I'd love to find a local source of other colors of those XR-4's. Gotta make a run to BPS and see if they have them. Otherwise, gotta order them, and pay shipping.

Allen, I was able to get the hooks out of the eye and didn't see any damage to the fish when I put it back in the water. I didn't keep any, just the fun of catching!!
