Thanks Mikey-D……know there are plenty watermen that home port on the York River in Virginia, dumping into the largest estuary in North America, the Chesapeake Bay……

You are so right Jeff that is hard work ran pots before with some of my buddies plus pulled haul sain nets too cat\nt say I would want to do that for a livin every day good money thou.

I’ve ran some crab pots with James to get a mess to buy from in but never a full day Bruce…like you I’m intrigued by anything outdoors and on the water…..he offered me a job but I kindly said no thanks, I’m at my last job…….lol

The crabs get very heavy the later in the season you go.......these were some fine crabs today for dinner.........boiled with lots of seasonings......many will be turned into gumbo, crab cakes and stuffed shrimp to name a few.......
