IMO it's the time of the year the "Cream rises to the top" it's the time of year fishing is tough and most are indoors by the fire eating chile keeping warm... good fishermen are made through fishing bad conditions... mastering this is a breeze the rest of the season. you show it well

Slip...Almost every trip sees skim ice in the morning that melts or blows off by noon so we can get some fishing in. It's been a grind, as water temps have actually dropped 6-8 degrees from 3 weeks ago.
