Really simple, very effective, will not discolor over time and makes grain really 'pop' especially on unstained wood. I really like Walnut or similar hard wood because of far less blotching. There is an answer to prevent that with a simple per-stain treatment before using the rubbed oil finish. I will send you a step by step of the process. I'm no expert, but it has worked well for me from the first time I tried it. best, Ben

Don't understand your "camoflauge" comment?

So no tax on retirement income or just no sales tax? We are contemplating another residence for colder, winter months which could become our permanent residence for tax purposes to get away from paying State Income Tax. Florida and Texas don't have income taxes but neither of those appeal to us. Arkansas does not tax retire's so that could be a consideration but don't know how good the fishing is there except up by Lake of the Ozarks and the White River.
