Do you love big bluegill?

Crappie Washed Out In Cold Water.......12/10/2017

Took 26 tidal crappie near bottom in a local creek basin...heavily stained from three inches of rain overnight.......surface temps fell 10 degrees from last weekend, 52 to 42........

That it is Leo..........my least favorite time but I'm dealing with it..........

Thanks John.......had to make adjustments with a ten degree drop in surface temps..........most of these fish were down below 12 feet in 16 feet of water........the take would last 20 to 30 seconds before the float finally went down.......they were all nice and thick with a threadfin shad feed................

Thanks Allen......the beads are something I have experimented with when my local fish go deeper than 10 feet........I don't think it hurts but I have caught fish on lines without the beads right alongside so who knows........yesterday our water was very stained from heavy overnight rains so I was looking for every advantage I could and this presentation took 26 crappie and a dozen bullheads so the "beads" are still on......LOL
