Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Trent River 10/28 caught a limit on Saturday. Fish are starting to bunching up in shallow water. Water temp was 63 when i started and 65 when I left at 3. All fish caught in 6' or less. Caught on jigs and minnows tightlining.

Same down this way Jeffrey. I couldn't have went anyway, unless I took my Jon Boat. Bearing failure and it scarred my spindle pretty badly. Just checked them last fall, and religiously grease them. keep those things checked fellows.

Good looking fish Jack.......we worked hard for what we got on Saturday but some nice fish were mixed in........had ambitions of getting back out Sunday but it was a washout up here..........our water temps are pretty close to what you're reporting as well........
