YEP DERRICK I'VE been tying a bit over 25 years and am now getting tired . Not of tying but the pressure of supplying all the guys I know who use my stuff.

I took the winter of this year and spent alot of the time on this site and ENJOYED IT ALOT!!!!!!!!

I"m leaving on a gill trip Monday next and will be gone for 4-6 days and will have some pics of the trip and my old buddy Doug.

HEY DERRICK,

THANKS FOR THE WELCOME TO YOUR GROUP and as you can tell by some of my photos I love using ultra light and fly gear. 95 Percent vintage equipment and mostly new reels.  I've gone back to vintage rods for the durability factor and love the old Wonderods and Garcia's too. I'll be posting a pic this morning of a fairly nice GREEN CARP (bass) caught on a 40 year old Garcia yesterday.

Thanks for the welcome Derrick. Would love to find a way to make effective fly tying approaches and designs for myself, using my friend's kit.

I have felt that desperate, thats why I use the pic. Easy on the mr. Name is Dwayne, calling me mr is like putting a elevator in a outhouse. I you live in In. Where you located? I live in So il. right between carbondale and Benton, small town of Royalton. You must be a guitarist, by you pics, John Sheehan on here is pretty famous finger picker, look him up on you tube.

Hi Derrick, I think my little boat is great for the remote waters I like to fish. It has built in wheels on the rear. I can wheel it into just about any water I come up on. I use a wire basket as a livewell and ice down my drinks and injured fish in the cooler. The ones I decide to keep at the end of the day I throw in there for the trip home. It came with two seats but I mostly fish with just me and the gators.
