Do you love big bluegill?

Mother nature ruled last weekend so hopefully we will get a little break before the Wolf Moon this Sunday to wet a line....

Stayed up to watch the lunar eclipse last night. It was quite a sight.

We continue to prosper here on the Albemarle around the Full Moon periods.......It gets real exciting moving forward as we are now below 60 days until spring and the March full moon which brings us shallow crappie and a few early gills.......

Thanks Slip.........use a boat 99% to fish my region which brings the wind into play for safe boating ...........I do have a few hidden spots but that limits your options during this challenging time to catch sunfish on the Albemarle............Saturday still appears to be my bet shot over the three day weekend........

frigid temps and dangerous wind chills are going to keep me off the lakes this Full Moon Period, unfortunately… hope everyone going out success!!

I'm hoping to get a trip in on Saturday before the next  storm sweeps in........it has been rough getting a safe day on the water this winter.........

Suppose to be a Super Blood Moon this time......I wonder if that makes a difference with the fish.......
