Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Keeping an eye on things as we begin to thaw......some forecasts have us hitting 70 on Friday.........this ice is over two inches thick in some of the back pockets......It supported three deer that took the shortcut across this ice late today.....

We think alike Jonathan..........ice started breaking up but single digit wind chills all day..........I'll see how it looks next weekend!

I agree Jeff. It’s cool to see but I’m ready for better fishing. We got some more cold coming this week and then it’s supposed to warm up.

It's tempting Leo but I better leave that to the experts......LOL

How about some ice skates, a manual drill, and some fishing gears?

You ain't kidding Slip........it has been cool to see but I'm ready for the big thaw so I can return to fishing......We've had several accidents in the region because of the frozen water but thankfully no fatalities.......just a lack of knowledge for so many people that haven't ever seen what we have right now.......
